I talked to the football team head coach, Coach Brandon, about Peirce’s football teams, and he gave me a couple of awesome answers about how the football team is doing so far this season.

 

First, I  started off by asking Coach Brandon  how he likes being the head coach of the Peirce football teams. His answer? “I LOVE IT!”

 

Next I asked him how he thought the team is progressing over the games they have played so far. Coach said, “We’re getting better and we're having good practices.”. Then I asked him what the teams need to do to beat the next opponent. He shared that they need to ’’limit the mistakes.” He thinks that the most impressive thing to him about the season so far is how players, who have never played before, have stepped up a lot.

 

Coach Brandon has been coaching football for 13 years! He absolutely loves football so much and is proud of his Peirce teams!

7th grade team record: 3-1

8th grade team record: 0-4

Seventh grade coaches include Coach Beatty and Coach Dumas, and eighth grade coaches include Coach Jenkins (in addition to Coach Brandon).
